These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luky55 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Luky55 ("Luky55", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by you using accepted payment methods, excluding bonus funds.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.

By completing the registration process and creating an Account on Luky55, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of winnings.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a condition precedent to your use of the Platform. Luky55 reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to any user who does not meet these conditions.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Luky55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Luky55 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification will be required as part of the KYC process.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
• Personal Use: Your Account must be used exclusively by you for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and decisions on the Platform.
• Not a Luky55 Employee: Employees, contractors and their immediate family members may be excluded from certain promotions or from using the Platform. Contact support for clarification if applicable.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must keep this information current and promptly update your Account if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Luky55 will never request your password through any communication channel.

Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify Luky55 immediately via Live Chat or the Help Centre. Luky55 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Luky55 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered at other points during your use of the Platform.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official document confirming your residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds, which may include screenshots or statements from services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank accounts at institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. These references are for verification context only and do not imply endorsement of gambling services by any payment provider.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, Luky55 may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account, in compliance with AML obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or, in persistent cases, Account closure. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits: You may fund your Account using the payment methods available in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of your transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier. Luky55 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Currency: Account balances are held in the currency selected at registration. Where amounts are referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), these are indicative figures. Actual amounts may vary based on the currency denomination of your Account and applicable conversion rates.

Unclaimed Balances: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Account settings. Luky55 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any such fee is applied.

Luky55 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the point of offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, eligible markets and maximum withdrawal restrictions from bonus winnings.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Real money funds in your Account are used first for wagers unless the specific bonus terms specify otherwise.
• One bonus offer per household, IP address or device is permitted unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Luky55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering is in progress, reasonable notice will be given.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate or fraudulently claim bonuses — including through collusion, multi-accounting or arbitrage — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for individual personal entertainment only and may not be transferred between accounts.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market or game. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that event or game type.

• Sports Betting: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding. Luky55 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, abandoned or settled in error.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play markets are suspended and re-priced in real time. Bets accepted during a connectivity interruption may be voided at Luky55's discretion if the interruption materially affected the odds at the time of placement.
• Casino and Slot Games: All outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game interface where applicable.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Luky55 reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits where warranted.
• Error Resolution: In the event of a technical error, software fault or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout or outcome, Luky55 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return stakes to the relevant Account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing anomalies or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any activity that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or game;
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity;
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy or similar tool to circumvent geographical restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive conduct toward Luky55 staff or other users;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits.

Luky55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute on a deposit;
• Request by the user under the self-exclusion or responsible gambling provisions;
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations requiring account action.

Where an Account is closed by Luky55 and no misconduct has been established, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method after all outstanding checks are completed. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon Account closure unless a specific promotion's terms provide otherwise.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via Account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure session duration reminders to keep track of time spent on the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Use any data mining, scraping or extraction tools on any part of the Platform;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use the Luky55 name, logo or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luky55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials;
• Errors in odds, payouts or game outcomes that are corrected in accordance with these Terms;
• Reliance on any information published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Luky55's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how Luky55 collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data, as well as the rights available to you in respect of that data.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or request data deletion at any time by contacting support, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations.

Luky55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may be applicable to their use of the Platform, and that these Terms do not override or displace those laws.
